Interested in joining EFCO? Check out our EFCO Program Overview to learn more about how we work. If you’re a Corporation, we’ll work with you to outline a gift of stock warrants from founding equity (recommended 1% of Series A) that we sit on as inactive investors until you have an exit event. If you’re an LLC, we ask for a commitment of 1% of annual profits to go back out into the community. You will also need to fill out a Gift Allocation Form to name your nonprofit recipients. Want to learn more? Contact Morgan Rogers – or anyone else from the Board – for more information or to set up an in-person conversation.
The following companies are members in good standing as a result of their equity grant to the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado. We thank the entrepreneurs and all the employees of each company in their support of endowing the future of Colorado.
